You gasped in shock, it was …………..

Germany, or only to his friends, Ludwig Beilschmidt. It was quite funny to think how you met. You still laugh about it today.

~*Le Flashback of Epic Proportions*~

It was a nice sunny day in the country of (c/n). You, its personification, were just strolling through a park, enjoying the sights of families playing together, and lovers holding each other's hands. Lost in your thoughts, you didn't notice three large dogs running towards you, until it was too late. You got knocked over in surprise, then started giggling as the dogs licked your face. Suddenly, you hear a shrill whistle and the dogs jump off you, and go back to whom, you suppose, is their owner. A hand is in front of your face and you take it, letting it pull you up, finally allowing you to have a look at the person. He was, well, hot. Slicked back blonde hair, ice blue eyes, and a buff looking body. "Are you alright? I hope my dogs didn't hurt you." God, his voice. Deep and German accented. How you could die on the spot right there and then.

"Y-Yeah, I'm fine. They're really friendly."

"Ja, though a little hyper. My name is Ludwig." He says, holding out his hand for you to shake. You smile,and  shake it.

"I'm (y/n). Nice to meet you."

"Likewise."

The two of you then spent a good couple of hours together, and got to know each other. It felt like you have been good friends for a long time after sharing some things about you, and for the first time, you felt truly happy. Suddenly, there was a beeping sound coming from your wrist. You look at your watch and see the time. "Oh my God! I'm so sorry but I have to go." You said, smiling sadly. You really didn't want to leave.

Ludwig noticed your expression. "Hey, don't worry. I have this feeling we are going to see each other again," He smiled and patted your shoulder, put his dogs, who you learnt were Aster, Berlitz and Blackie, back on their leashes and walked away, waving. You waved back with a huge smile on your face, and continued smiling that bright even after he left. You started walking back home, thinking about what he said. 'So do I, Ludwig. So do I.'

~*Time-skip - Four hours later*~

You still felt sad about leaving Ludwig but you had to attend a meeting that your boss set up with the personification of Germany. Wiping imaginary dust from your cost and taking a deep breath, you open the door. Slowly walking in, you gasp quietly in shock at who you saw. Sitting there on one of the seats was Ludwig. You chuckled slightly, it seemed he hadn't seen you yet. "Well, who do we have here? If it isn't Ludwig Beilschmidt," You said playfully, then started chuckling again.

He turned around to face you so fast you though he would have gotten whiplash, with a look of shock on his face. You couldn't help it, you burst out laughing. This brought him out of his stupor, and started chuckling too. You both slowly stopped, and you suddenly glomped him. He just stood there, stunned and blushing furiously, hesitatingly hugging you back. You looked up at him with a large smile on your face. "I didn't think I was going to see you again, but it seemed you were right earlier."

"Ja, I enjoyed our time together. I hope we can be good friends."

You grinned cheekily. "Well, let's hope this meeting goes well, then."

And you were right. It did go smoothly, and the two of you became closer, both as countries and as best friends. However, ever since a few years ago, you have been wanting more.

~*End of Le Flashback*~

You walked towards him, noticing him trying to keep a strict composure, which was being ruined by the enormous blush on his face. Giggling slightly, you reached him. "Sooooo," You started, pulling the note from where you hid it behind your back. "Did you mean this?"

If possible his blush got even deeper. "U-uh...Ja..."

You stood there shocked, never in a million years did you think your crush would share your feelings. He, how, started taking your silence as a bad thing. "I'm sorry. If you don't feel the same way I-"

You shut up his ramblings. How? By kissing him of course. He stiffened, obviously not expecting that, but quickly got over it and gained dominance of the kiss. Gently nipping your bottom lip for entrance, you refused. Ludwig smirked against your mouth, and muttered "So it's like that then."

He pulled you closer and grinded his hips into youurs. You gasped, allowing him the entrance he desired, his tongue exploring your cavern. You tried fighting back but was no match for him. Then the damn thing called air kicked in. You both pulled apart, still holding each other close. "Ich liebe dch, (y/n)."

"Ich liebe dich auch, Ludwig." He smiled widely at the use of his native lanuage and pulled you in for another kiss.

This was a birthday to remember~
